Do you provide medical equipment?

Upon request, we can coordinate other services, such as homemakers, companions or sitter referrals; as well as, arrange for a home physician and podiatrist. 

Are additional services offered?

To qualify for care from Evangel Home Health Services., patients must:

-Be certified by a physician to be essentially homebound. Patients need not be bedridden, but need        assistance to leave home. 

-Need intermittent care that requires skilled medical care by a healthcare professional.

Any client requiring TDD or TT devices as a method of communication, EVANGEL HOME HEALTH SERVICES, INC. will contact the Illinois Telecommunication Access Corporation (ITAC) to arrange for their services.
